By using Punch Assist you agree to these terms.

The app

Punch Assist is a personal time clock with habits and relaxation tools. It is provided as is. Times, totals and scores are calculated from what you record on your phone; check anything important, such as pay, against your employer's records.

Not medical advice

The breathing sessions, sounds and step count are for relaxation and general wellbeing. They are not medical advice and not a treatment. If you feel unwell, speak to a doctor.

Pro

Pro is optional and is sold through Google Play as a yearly subscription or a one-time purchase. Prices, renewal and refunds follow Google Play's rules. You can manage or cancel a subscription in Google Play at any time. Free features stay free.

Tips

Tips are optional gifts that unlock nothing. They are final once made, apart from what Google Play's rules provide.

Your data

Your data stays on your phone. Please read the privacy page. You are responsible for keeping your own backups if you want them.

Using the app

Please do not misuse the app, or try to copy, resell or interfere with it. We may update the app and these terms; the date above shows the latest version.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, the app's maker is not liable for losses arising from using the app, including from any error in times or totals.
